Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You definitely can! In our "Add-on" tab we also offer snacks that you can add on to your booking here.

Do you provide alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol. Please keep in mind that alcohol is prohibited at most public parks and beaches in the state of New York. Drink at your own discretion, there is no liability to LULLXURY CREATIONS

What is your cancellation/ reschedule policy?

If you need to cancel, we’re sorry to hear that! Please give us at least a week's notice. Cancellation without a 1 week notice results in the loss of your date reservation deposit. If you plan to re-schedule, please let us know 48 hours ahead of time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking, you will be charged in full. If you are a no-show, you will be charged in full, no exceptions.

What if it rains?

We will contact you at least 24 hours in advance if the forecast doesn't look favorable for your picnic. At this time we will make plans for relocation or rescheduling. You can choose whether to have an indoor picnic at a new location or re-schedule for a different date. Picnics can not be canceled or refunded due to unpredicted weather, only re-scheduled or relocated.

When should I book a picnic?

The earlier the better! We ask that you schedule your picnic at least 2- weeks ahead of time. This way we can best accommodate you. We will try our best to accommodate last-minute picnic plans.

How will I find the picnic set up?

You will receive a text with a "Pinned Location" of your luxury picnic 20-minutes before your scheduled time.

What if I’m running late?

If you happen to be fashionably late, we get it! Unfortunately, lateness results in the loss of precious picnic time. For example, if your 2-hour picnic starts at 2 pm and you arrive at 2:30 pm, it will still end at the scheduled time of 4 pm (30 minutes were lost due to tardiness).

What if I want to leave early?

If you would like to leave early, please give us at least a 30-minute notice with a text or call. In all cases you are responsible for all items until a staff member is there to claim them.

What areas do you service?

We regularly service areas in New York such as Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, and NYC. If you would like a picnic outside of these areas, please contact us privately on our “Special Inquiries” page and we will try our best to accommodate you. You can choose from our various recommended locations or request your own chosen location (home, park not listed, etc).

**When booking book the time you plan on being at the hotel with the person. We will arrive 2-hours before the time you booked to set up.

Where is LULLXURY CREATIONS located?

LULLXURY CREATIONS is located in New York. There is an travel up-charge for all clients outside the boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn.

Do we travel out of state?

YES. A travel fee is required. It will be $3 per mile from our warehouse location in Brooklyn, NY to the selected hotel you decided to book with.

Is LULLXURY CREATIONS responsible for booking the hotel rooms and Airbnbs?

NO. We only provide decorations/designs. We do not book your hotel or Airbnb.

How do you get the keys and does the client have to be present during the decoration process?

NO. You do not have to be there. In fact, most customers are never around when we are decorating. For hotels, clients usually add the name of our founder (Tiasia Santiago) to the hotel reservation, so when she arrives at the hotel, she can just grab the key from the front desk and immediately begin decorating. (this is the desired protocol).

Do we have to clean up the decorations?

NO, you don't have to clean up any of the decorations for when you check out. We will come to your room a hour before your checkout time to clean up the decorations leaving the room as if it hasn't been decorated.

POLICIES:

- Please note that once booked, no matter the time frame there are no cancellations, no refunds. Only rescheduling.

- There is a $50 rebooking fee (unless we agreed to reschedule due to weather conditions.) You will have to contact us for your new proposed date and your new proposed date must be 60 days or less from your original scheduled date.

- For Tri-state area clients, bookings must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. A $65 expedited booking fee will apply to bookings made less than 2 weeks before the service date.

- For clients outside of the Tri-state area, bookings must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance. A $75 expedited booking fee will apply to bookings made less than 3 weeks before the service date.

- LULLXURY CREATIONS is not responsible for any injuries that occur on the premises, whether related to our decorations or not.

- If there are snacks provided by us you have the choice to or not to eat them. We are not held liable for any allergic reactions or anything of that sort.

- Booking us to decorate you must be willing to leave your hotel room or Airbnb at least an hour before checkout time so we can clean up the decorations before your checkout time.

- There is a $75 rebooking fee. You will have to contact us for your new proposed date and your new proposed date must be 60 days or less from your original scheduled date.

- If we agree on a specific time for you to bring me the key to get into the room and you're late you will be charged accordingly. (20 minutes:$30, 30 minutes: $40, 40 minutes: $50, 50 minutes:$60, 60 minutes: Cancelled unfortunately, no refund will be allowed.)

- All deposits are non-refundable.
