These Terms and Conditions govern all products, bookings, appointments, courses, digitals & services made through Lullxury Creations. By purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, colors, or other details are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free due to potential variations in display screens or natural materials used in the products.

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we offer or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are final at the time of checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

  • Payment Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize Lullxury Creations to charge the full amount for the product(s) and any applicable shipping fees.

  • Sales Tax: If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order in accordance with your state or local laws.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any significant delays.

  • Shipping Method: We ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. We provide standard shipping unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for expedited shipping, oversized items, or shipping outside of standard service areas.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen events.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status using the tracking information provided.

Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods:

  • Risk of Loss: Once the product has been shipped, the risk of loss and title for the purchased goods pass to you, the customer. Lullxury Creations is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit.

  • Damaged or Lost Goods: If your product arrives damaged, is lost, or is delayed during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please use the tracking number provided to follow up with the carrier for any issues related to damaged or lost packages.

  • No Liability: Lullxury Creations is not liable for any damages or issues occurring after the product has left our facility. We will provide the necessary tracking and shipping information for you to contact the carrier, but we are not responsible for any claims made regarding the shipment.

No Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges

  • By placing an order with Lullxury Creations, you agree to the following policy:

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind.

  • No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges. Please double-check your order, including color, size, and other options, before finalizing your purchase.

Custom Orders

  • Custom Order Agreement: If you place a custom order, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the customization. Once the order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Extended Processing Time: Custom orders may take longer to process. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time before placing the order.

  • Approval Process: For custom orders, we will provide a final design proof (if applicable) for your approval before proceeding with production. Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made.

Limitation of Liability

  • General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lullxury Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

  • Maximum Liability: Our liability for any product sold shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product in question.

Intellectual Property

  • ​All content on the Lullxury Creations website, including but not limited to images, logos, text, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Lullxury Creations and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Lullxury Creations operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these Terms and Conditions must be brought in the courts located in that state.

  • Lullxury Creations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
