Important Booking Information:
🔹 Hotel Address Submission: When entering your address at checkout, provide the hotel’s location, NOT your home address. In the Apt/Floor section, enter your exact room number for accurate setup.
🔹 Hotel Room Responsibility: We only provide decoration  services. We do not book or choose the hotel for you.
🔹 Setup Time: We require access to your hotel room 3 hours before your scheduled time. For example, if your booking is for 7 PM, please meet us at 4 PM to hand over the room key so we can begin the setup.
🔹 Designed for 2 People: If you're planning to include more guests, please email us at lullxurycreations@gmail.com for an updated quote.
🔹 Checkout & Clean-Up: One hour before your checkout time, please notify us so we can enter and restore the room to its original condition. As we do not have access to your hotel keys, you will need to let us in before leaving.
🔹 Customization Notice: Each setup is tailored to your booking, so while it won’t be identical to the images, it will maintain the same stunning aesthetics.
