In the Apt/Floor section, enter your exact room number for accurate setup. 🔹 We only provide decoration services. We do not book or choose the hotel for you. 🔹 We require access to your hotel room 3 hours before your scheduled time. For example, if your booking is for 7 PM, please meet us at 4 PM to hand over the room key so we can begin the setup. 🔹 Designed for 4 People: If you're planning to include more guests, please email us for an updated quote. 🔹To ensure everything is cleaned up properly, we require a full one hour for breakdown. This hour is always scheduled for the last hour before your checkout time. If we are allowed into the room less than one hour before checkout, it reduces our cleanup window. In that case, we will still need our full hour to break everything down, which may extend past your checkout time. If the hotel requires any fees or accommodations for the extended time, that would be the guest’s responsibility. 🔹 Each setup is tailored to your booking, so while it won’t be identical to the images. 🔹 Primarily designed for adults aged 21 and older 🔹 This is a alcohol-free setup.
